A special request submitted on your child's signup form, by the stated deadline, will be considered and honored whenever possible. Teams will not intentionally be formed that are older or more skilled than the other teams in an age division to maintain, to the degree possible, a level of team parity to help promote healthy competition and enjoyment during a season.
You can submit a request for your child not to practice on a certain night/s, up to 2 nights, but this needs to be a night/s that they cannot practice, not a night/s that you'd prefer they not practice.
You can submit a request for your child to be placed with a family or friend, up to 2, who are in the same age division. Should there be a practice night availability conflict between your child and a requested family or friend, your family or friend request will be disregarded. Remember to take into account connected families and friends requests.
You can submit a request for your child to play up in an older age division, if they can adequately, understand what is being coached, and have the ability to compete. For those players who have dominated their age division, Impact Players, it is recommended that they play up for a more challenging experience.
You can submit a request for your child to play down in an age division, if your child has a handicap, or their size and ability is that of the younger children.
A group of up to 8 players may submit a request to be placed together if it includes the different ages of players within the age division, and both boys and girls. If the group exceeds 8 players the group will be split into 2 or more groups. If the group isn't able to do this the program will determine the 2 or more groups. By limiting the size of a group within a team this helps to avoid there being a team within a team, during the team formation process helps to achieve some level of team parity, and helps to avoid other team parity obstacles.
You can submit a request for your children to practice on the least number of practice nights, if you are a Head Coach, you have 3 or more children participating, or you travel a long distance.

If you need help, this must be made known before the regular signup period ends. In which case, 50% of your player fee must be paid before the regular signup period ends, with the remaining 50% balance being paid before the player's first team activity.

A player may be given a special player fee discount or scholarship depending on their family’s financial situation, which must be briefly explained. Factors in deciding what help may be extended to a player. Program’s budget, how many player fee discounts and scholarships have already been given, which players are most in need of help, which players have been given help in a past season, and possibly other considerations.
