Under 2/3/4 division

U4 Div

OVERVIEW
This level of play provides a true introduction to soccer for children ages 1/2/3 and their parents. During a session, children will be introduced to age appropriate soccer related activities, with the main emphasis each session being on helping the children to have a fun time. Important in helping to make this an enjoyable experience for the children will be parent constructive input and involvement throughout the season. Both the child and one or both parents participate in each session.

* Under 2/3/4 (Age 3 or Younger As Of 31 July 25)
* Under 5 (Age 4 As Of 31 July 25) Can Play Down If Needing More Introduction Time

* Team Roster Size Determined By Number Of Player Signups And Head Coaches
* A Group Can Form Their Team As The 8 Player Limit Doesn’t Apply To This Age Division

Important in helping to make this an enjoyable experience for the children will be parent constructive input and involvement throughout the season.

During a season’s practices and games, the child will be introduced to enjoyable, age-appropriate, and challenging soccer skills. The main emphasis throughout each season is on trying to help the child have an enjoyable time, and fulfilling the mission of the NWYSA. Important in helping to make this an enjoyable experience for the children will be parent constructive input and involvement throughout the season. This level of play requires the player to spend some time at home developing, learning about the game of soccer and getting additional touches on the ball.
 

PLAYERS
* Under 10/11/12 Rec Travel Player (Age 9/10/11 As Of 31 July 25)
 

TEAMS
* Coed

* Team Roster Size Determined By Number Of Player Signups And Head Coaches
 

TEAM STAFF
* Head Coach (HC): Volunteer

This level of play provides intermediate-advance soccer instruction for 12 or older children. During a season’s practices and games, the child will be introduced to enjoyable, age-appropriate, and more challenging soccer skills. The main emphasis throughout each season is on trying to help the child have an enjoyable time, and fulfilling the mission of the NWYSA. Important in helping to make this an enjoyable experience for the children will be parent constructive input and involvement throughout the season. This level of play requires the player to spend some time at home developing, learning about the game of soccer and getting additional touches on the ball.
 

PLAYERS
* Under 13/14/15 Rec Travel Player (Age 12 Or Older As Of 31 July 25)
