Attendance

Regardless Of Whether Or Not You Want To Purchase Individual Player Pictures, All Players And Official Coaches Are Expected To Participate In Your Team's Picture Day So A Complete Team Picture Can Be Taken For Your Teammates And Team Sponsor.

Under 2/3/4 Intro Teams

Your Team Picture Unlike The Older Teams Will Be A Player And Coach Collage. Each Player And Coach Will Have Their Individual Picture Taken.

Team Wear

Players And Coaches Need To Be In Team Wear For Their Team Picture Out Of Consideration For Their Teammates, Program And Team Sponsor.

Picture Days And Location

The U6/U9/U12/U15 Pictures Will Be Taken To The Left Of The WCA School's Main Doors Under Cover.  U4 Pictures Will Be Taken At The SW Base Of Their Field, Weather Permitting. 

* U4 Teams: Just Before Or During Your Saturday Session
* U6, U9 Teams: Before Or During Your Weeknight Practice
* U12, U15 Teams: Before Or During Your Weeknight Practice

Inclement Weather 

Should There Be Inclement Weather On A Picture Day, The Day's Picture Day Will Be Rescheduled For The Same Day The Week Of September 29th.

Make-Up Picture Day

A Player Not Able To Make Their Team's Picture Day Can Come To Any Other Picture Day Date listed And Have Their Individual Picture Taken, But Will Need To Wait So As To Not Interfere With That Picture Day's Scheduled Photos. Players Who Cannot Make Their Team's Picture Day Will Not Be Included In Their Team's Picture.

Picture Day Ordering And Payment Instructions

The Online Ordering Link Below Can Be Used For Ordering Before And During Picture Day Week. Those Who Do Not Order Before The End Of Picture Day Week Will Receive A Preview Package Of Their Photo, As Well As A Link To Their Photo Online. There Will Be A Few Physical Flyers If Needed At Picture Day.

Gallery Review

Picture Day Reminders Will Be Sent. Links To Photo Preview And Ordering Information Will Be Sent To Each Specific Parent's Email Following The Conclusion Of Picture Day Week. 

Delivery

Online orders/physical flyer orders up to the end of picture day week will be delivered to the NWYSA, separated by teams, no shipping cost, for the Head Coaches to pick up before their last session/game, and handout before the start of their last session/game. All parents must see their Head Coach at their last session/game to get their pictures. Orders placed after picture day week will be shipped, with shipping costs, to the parents home.
